Woodland Aromatherapy is committed to delivering first class customer service to all clients.
Due to a large increase of last-minute cancellations and no-shows during 2023, we have reluctantly taken the decision to instate new policies regarding your appointments.
It was a sad decision to make and we were really hoping that we didn’t have to, but our livelihood and business depends on wonderful clients like you, so thank-you so much for your understanding.
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients in need of our services.
Please understand that our therapists only get paid when they deliver a treatment.
- When booking your appointment, you will be charged a deposit of £25 that will go towards your appointment.
- To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive the required treatment in a timely manner, Woodland Aromatherapy asks that you provide at least 24-hours’ notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Any change or reschedule of your appointment with less than 24-hours advance notice or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your £25 deposit.
- In the event of a reschedule of more than 24-hours prior your appointment, this deposit will be either transferred to the next appointment or refunded.
We understand that genuine emergencies do occur, so this policy will be exercised at Woodland Aromatherapy’s discretion.
GIFT CERTIFICATES – Same policy applies.
LATE ARRIVAL- We do leave ample time between clients so if you arrive late it should not be a problem, however if you are overly late no fee will be charged but your appointment may be cut short to allow time for the following booking. For that reason, please try to arrive on time or 15 minutes early.
REMINDER SERVICE – We will do our best to remind you of your appointment via email or text message. If you can no longer attend, please give us a much notice as possible and we will do our best to fill the appointment and avoid any cancellation fees.
If there’s simply no way of avoiding a short-notice cancellation, you can always send a friend or family member in your place to enjoy the massage.
SEXUAL MISCONDUCT – Clients understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks comments, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session. The massage will be terminated immediately; should a client make any sexual advances or requests and the treatment will end and you will be charged in full.
Woodland Aromatherapy has adopted these policies to ensure a stress-free and relaxing experience for our clients and our therapists.
